Ни в одной из игр нет своего меню модов. Большинство модов загружает BepInEx: в Steam выберите Управление > Просмотреть локальные файлы, скопируйте BepInEx в эту папку, а файлы мода в BepInEx\plugins, затем один раз запустите игру.
